Question Acceptance Deadline 02/14/2022 05:00 PM EST ( 0h 0m 0s ) The City of Milton is requesting proposals from qualified vendors to provide pool and lifeguard services at the former Milton Country Club pool for the City of Milton Parks and Recreation Department. This facility is located at 1785 Dinsmore Road, Milton, Georgia. The City desires to operate the pool(s) for an established swim team and as a community amenity. Operational hours and staffing requirements are detailed in this document. Our expectations include but are not limited to: Opening of the pool, daily maintenance of the pool, daily maintenance of the restroom facilities and closing of the pool at the end of the season. There are two restrooms, with two units and a sink in each room. During the period of time that the pool is open, the pool management is to provide all chemicals and supplies to perform all scopes of work and to make sure that the pool water is maintained to the standards of the Fulton County Health Department. In addition, we are looking for the pool maintenance company to provide all staffing of the pool, including but not limited to providing certified, trained lifeguards and appropriate supervision of the staff. The City of Milton reserves the right to reject any or all bid/proposals and to waive technicalities and informalities, and to make award in the best interest of the City of Milton.
