Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Milton, Georgia. Design plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
As of August 30, 2022 a design team has been selected. A construction timeline has not been established yet. *The previous solicitation is listed below for reference. The City of Milton is requesting proposals from qualified consultants to provide design services for improvements to SR 372/Crabapple Road. The City's intent is for this contract to produce a set of construction documents that will be used for construction bidding. All Consultants must comply with all general and special requirements of the RFP information and instructions enclosed herein. Deadline for Written Questions February 28, 2022 by 5:00 PM EST. Submit questions online via electronically. Award Contract April 11, 2022 The City of Milton reserves the right to reject any or all bid/proposals and to waive technicalities and informalities, and to make award in the best interest of the City of Milton. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
