Site work and new construction of a water / sewer project in Uniontown, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the construction of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
Bids will be accepted only from Bidders who have obtained official sets of Bidding Documents from Bankson Engineers, Inc. and who are on Bankson Engineers, Inc.s list of planholders. The Bid Proposals must be a paper copy, with an original signature, submitted in an envelope along with the original bid security, all as described in the Instructions to Bidders/Information for Bidders. These Contracts are subject to the provisions of the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act. Workers must be paid not less than the minimum wages established by the Pennsylvania Department of Labor and Industry, as shown in the applicable schedule. No bid may be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days after the scheduled closing time for the receipt of bids. The Authority reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any informality in bids received.
