The purpose of this solicitation is to hire a single Contractor to complete the Norco High School Baseball Field Lighting Project. Bid shall be awarded to the lowest overall responsive bidder. ONLY 2021-2022 CNUSD PRE-QUALIFIED CONTRACTORS MAY PARTICIPATE Questions Due Date: Mar 7th 2022, 4:00 PM PST Contractor proposed substitutions must be submitted to DISTRICT by no later than 3 PM on Monday, March 7, 2022. DISTRICT shall evaluate the proposed substitution and inform contractor of the outcome before the bid submission deadline. Any substitutions related to any equipment must include specifications equal to the District's specified products. All attendees must check-in at the front office, providing a valid, government issued driver's license or other photo I.D., to obtain a guest badge prior to attending the conference and job walk. Attendees shall be required to sign an attendance list to be provided and attend the entire pre-bid conference and job walk. There will be no exceptions.
