Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Norco, California. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
There are 20 working days allowed to complete this project, including any and all alternatives. Liquidated damages shall be assessed at $500.00 per working day. Proposals must be accompanied by a proposal guarantee consisting of a certified check or bid bond payable to the AGENCY in the amount of 10 percent of the total amount bid Contractor shall execute and provide to City concurrently with this Agreement a Performance Bond in the amount of the total, notto-exceed compensation indicated in this Agreement, and in a form provided or approved by the City. Contractor shall execute and provide to City concurrently with this Agreement a Payment Bond in the amount of the total, not-to-exceed compensation indicated in this Agreement, and in a form provided or approved by the City. If such bond is required, no payment will be made to Contractor until it has been received and approved by City. Written requests will be accepted via the United States Postal Service or via the internet address of snelson@ci.norco.ca.us.
