Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Annapolis, Maryland. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
The Work includes the following major items: Cleaning and CIPP lining of approximately 4,752 linear feet of existing, deteriorated 27", 30", and 36" sanitary sewer interceptor pipe. Rehabilitation of twenty-two (22) manholes along the sewer interceptor alignment and adjacent connecting sanitary sewers. All materials, labor, and equipment including those necessary for restoration, bypass pumping and piping, sediment and erosion control, sidewalk and pavement restoration, traffic control, and other ancillary components of this construction shall be included as part of the Contractor's base bid for this contract.
