Install metal Chimney chase covers on both Chimneys 5. Remove and replace sealants and flashing as shown on drawings. 6. Repoint the North and South Chimneys on all 4 sides of both chimneys. Both chimneys are to be completely repointed. 7. Alternate: Repair 200 Square Feet of cut stone belt course where cracked or spalling. 8. Unit Price: provide unit price for 10 Square Feet of repair of cut stone belt course where cracked or spalling. 9. Take down the scaffolding and remove from site.
