The City of Coffeyville, Kansas, invites you to submit a statement of qualifications (SOQ) for professional engineering services for an internal City Water Plant Assessment FY2022 project. The City reserves the right to reject any and all SOQs, to waive technical defects, and to select the SOQ(s) deemed most advantageous to the City The City of Coffeyville reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, with no penalty to the City, or to award the contract to the next most qualified consultant if the successful respondent does not execute a contract within thirty (30) days after the award of the proposal. The City of Coffeyville reserves the right to request clarification of the information submitted and to request additional information of one or more applicants. Coffeyville, Kansas, is inviting SOQs for the purpose of Professional Engineering Services from qualified firms for the assessment of the current water plant for improvements or replacement FY-2022 located at 1702 N. River Road in Coffeyville, Kansas. Construction engineering (CE) services including onsite inspection as required or requested by the owner will be determined at a later date. The project consists of accessing the current water plant for durability and designing proposed upgrades or replacement of the facility.
