7 Auburn Tunnel Pump Station - 10715 Ophir Road, Auburn
8 Tinker Road Tank - 1181 Tinker Road, Rocklin
9 Skyridge Tank - 510 Riverview Drive, Auburn
10 Sunset Treatment Plant - 3525 Park Drive, Rocklin
11 Stanford Ranch Road Tank - 5051 Stanford Ranch Road, Rocklin It is estimated that the site visit tour will require the majority of the day, please schedule accordingly. Lunch will be provided by the Agency. Attendees may be required to sign-in at each site visited during the mandatory site tour. The solicitation response from a respondent who fails to attend the entire site visit or to sign in shall be rejected. No allowances will be made for unreported conditions which a prudent Proposer would recognize as affecting the work called for or implied by this Request for Proposal. Tours of the facilities will not be provided before or after the mandatory site visit. No Respondent or subcontractor may be listed on a bid for a public works project unless registered with the Department of Industrial Relations pursuant to Labor Code section 1725.5 (with limited exceptions from this requirement for bid purposes only under Labor Code section 1771.1(a). No Respondent or subcontractor may be awarded an Agreement for public work on a public works project unless registered with the Department of Industrial Relations pursuant to Labor Code section 1725.5. This project may be subject to compliance monitoring and enforcement by the Department of Industrial Relations. All Respondents shall meet the provisions, requirements and specifications listed in this Request for Proposal. No Response received and read may be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) calendar days after the deadline for receiving Responses. The Agency intends to award an Agreement within thirty (30) calendar days of the deadline for receiving Responses. The Agency reserves the right to award the Agreement, to reject any and all Responses, to waive informalities, and to reject nonconforming, non-responsive or conditional Responses. The requested proposal for landscape maintenance services and the resulting contract will be for an initial 12 months with four (4) 12-month optional contract extension to be offered at the discretion of the Agency. A Payment Bond for one hundred percent (100%) of the value of any resulting contract is required prior to work being performed. See Exhibit F of the Sample Agreement for payment bond example. Respondent's attention is called to the fact that the Agency is a public agency formed and existing under the laws of the State of California. The successful Contractor will be required to satisfy all current legal requirements applicable to this work. The Contractor shall give all notices necessary in connection with the performance of the Agreement, shall secure and pay for all necessary licenses and permits to do the work and shall comply with all laws, ordinances, rules and regulations, bearing the conduct of the work, including but not limited to any prevailing wage and other employment laws and regulations, such as California Labor Code sections 1720, et seq., to the extent they are applicable to the work to be performed under this Agreement.
