Notice Content PUBLIC NOTICE The Board of Commissioners for Richland County, Ohio is accepting qualifications from Professional Design Firms to for its 4TH Courtroom/Clerk of Courts Relocation Project. Request an RFQ from Stacey Crall, Clerk, at scrall@richlandcountyoh.gov. Qualifications will be accepted until 2:00 PM on March 14, 2022. Questions Deadline: 2:00 p.m., Monday, March 7, 2022 Professional Design services for the Project are anticipated to include any and/or all phases of design services, potentially including but not limited to schematic design, design development, construction documents, bidding, procurement, and construction. There may be one or more separate construction contracts to complete this project, depending upon time constraints and practical considerations. Professional Design Services will be required for some or all of the items listed in the Project Overview.
