Jefferson High School District ("School") requests proposals from qualified individuals or firms for the purpose of engaging a qualified General Contractor/Contract Manager (GCCM) for the construction of a new high school and associated facilities building projects. The School intends to enter into a contract with the selected General Contractor/Contract Manager (GCCM) firm that will include consultation on planning and design work; provide estimates on materials, methods and costs; review design documents and advise on materials and equipment selection; provide input on current markets; develop and monitor scheduling and bidding; prepare construction cost estimates; work with school staff to maximize energy efficiency, and to furnish a Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) in accordance with the contract.
