The Successful Bidder Shall Immediately Make and Execute With Boulder Rocks Llc, a Construction Contract in Accordance With the Provisions of the Notices, Resolutions, Plans and Specifications Concerning This Project, and the Montana Department of Commerce Main Street Program Adaptive Reuse & Mixed-use Development Contract #mt-mmscg-25-002, Signed November 13, 14, and 15, 2024 Said Contract Shall Be Executed by and Between the Successful Bidder and Boulder Rocks Llc, and Shall Be Approved by the City Council. In Addition, Said Contractor Shall Provide Insurance to Protect the City and Shall Be Responsible to Save the City of Boulder Harmless From Negligent or Willful Acts of Said Contractor and Contractors.
