Site work for a water / sewer project in Jasper, Indiana. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.

**As of April 13, 2022, this project is already awarded to Love Excavating with the awarded amount of $522,235. Project is already under construction.** The City of Jasper, through its Storm Water Board, hereby gives notice that it will receive bids for the replacement/repair of approximately 2700 lineal feet of storm sewer and appurtenances The project area is located along State Road 164 and US 231, Jasper, Indiana. A 100% Performance Bond and Payment Bond is required before beginning work in the form provided in the specifications. Also, all insurance required in the specifications must be in place before commencing work. A Bid Bond or Certified Check in the amount of 5% of the bid is required with each bid. All parts of Contractors Bid for Public Works (Form 96), including the Non-Collusion Affidavit, must be completed. Those submitting a Bid will be required to make such disclosures as may be necessary for the City of Jasper to successfully implement the policy and otherwise comply with the Indiana Code pertaining to Nepotism Policy requirements. An Indiana Legal Employment Declaration will be required and an Affidavit Regarding Non-responsibility will be required. The quotes may be held for 45 days. The Jasper Storm Water Board may reject any or all bids and may wave minor irregularity. Questions may be directed to Jasper City Engineer. Phone 1-812-482-4255.
