County of Santa Clara (County) has determined that all Contractors for the New Child and Adolescent Psychiatric Facility/BHSC Project must be prequalified prior to submitting a bid. The County will use the list of pre-qualified contractors to bid the New Child and Adolescent Psychiatric Facility/BHSC Project. It is mandatory that all Contractors who intend to submit a bid must first be approved by the County to be on the Qualified Bidders List. Bids for the New Child and Adolescent Psychiatric Facility/BHSC Project during the stated time period will only be accepted from proposers on the County's Qualified Bidders List. The County reserves the right, in its reasonable discretion, to cancel the prequalification effort and proceed with the project without prequalification.
