OC Waste & Recycling is soliciting bids from qualified businesses interested in entering into a firm-fixed price contract for Traffic Paint and Solvents. All questions pertaining to this Invitation For Bid (IFB) must be submitted through the County's online bidding system. Any County response relevant to this IFB other than through or approved by OC Waste & Recycling Procurement is unauthorized and will be considered invalid. It is the Vendor's responsibility to check back frequently for any addenda or other information. BIDDERS ARE ADVISED to carefully read the County Terms and Conditions, Insurance Requirements, and the Model Contract including Attachment A (Scope of Work and Specifications) and Attachment B (Price Sheet and Delivery), prior to submitting a bid. Awarded Contractor must provide all tax forms and insurance requirements within seven (7) days of posted notice of Intent to Award, but prior to official Contract award. Contractor shall sign a Contract with the County after Contract award. If Contractor is a Corporation, signatures shall be provided in accordance with the Corporations Code as detailed on the contract signature page. NOTE: 1.
