DESCRIPTION OF PROEJCT: Partially demolish, partially renovate and construct a school building to accommodate the space needs for instruction, office work, food service, recreation/ physical education and skilled trades training at Smith Academy for Excellence, 2700 E. Maple Grove Ave., Fort Wavne, IN 46806. Smith Academy for Excellence reserves the right to reject any and all proposals. Estimated 60,000 to 70,000 square feet to be utilized for this project. SITE: To be located at 2700 E. Maple Grove Ave., Fort Wayne, Indiana, 46806 BUDGET: The project budget is $12 million. As of December 5, 2022, project is expected to bid first quarter 2023. As of January 10, 2023, civil plans are in re-design and bidding should take place spring 2023.
