Site work for a water / sewer project in Fort Wayne, Indiana. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Online Bidding: Available Removal and installation of up to seven chemical tanks. The Owner has procured seven (7) new tanks to replace existing tanks in kind. Contractor would be responsible for removing existing tanks, unloading, handling, and installing new tanks in the correspsonding locations. Two tanks in Dechlor building; two tanks in the chlorine building, and three tanks in the phosphurous removal building. Bid Bond:5% Performance Bond: 100% Payment Bond: 100% The City of Fort Wayne’s goal for utilization of qualified Emerging Business Enterprises (EBE) as subcontractors on City projects is 10% of the Contract Price. It has been determined that the EBE goal for THIS PROJECT is 10% of the Contract Price The Work will be substantially complete within 180 days after the Effective Date of the Contract and completed and ready for final payment within 210 days after the Effective Date of the Contract. 1. Milestone 1: Sodium Bisulfite Tanks to be substantially complete by February 15, 2023 2. Milestone 2: Sodium Hypochlorite Tanks to be substantially complete by March 3, 2023
