The Contract provides for the furnishing of all labor and material necessary to manufacture and deliver one (1) 75kW DC fast charger and three (3) 19.2kW Level 2 chargers for the City of Petoskey 2022 EV Charging Station project. Overall project scope includes the installation of four EV charging stations at three locations in the downtown and bayfront area of the City. This procurement contract includes manufacturing, factory testing, delivery, plus a 5-year networking, operations and maintenance agreement. The electric vehicle charging stations shall be delivered to the Buyers DPW Building (Buyer to unload). All installation to be completed by others. Requested delivery date is no later than September 1, 2022. Proposals shall include current equipment delivery time, estimated time after installation for setup and testing, plus a document outlining the Sellers process for charger customer billing, payment method to the Buyer, and reporting to the State EGLE Department during the networking and operation period. Bids will be evaluated on several factors including, but not limited to, manufacturer history, customer references, location of customer service representatives, location of manufacturing facilities, location of contractors authorized to install and maintain, initial cost, plus 5-year networking, operation and maintenance costs.
