Please submit your bid in a sealed envelope clearly marked with "City of Petoskey - 2024 Bay View Avenue - Road & Watermain Rebuild". The name of the company submitting the bid must also be clearly marked on the outside of the envelope. The City of Petoskey requires contractors and subcontractors be pre-qualified prior to commencement of construction. A Bidder who is currently pre-qualified to bid work in the City of Petoskey, is qualified to bid this project The City of Petoskey reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals and to award to the bidder whose bid best serves the interest of the City. The contract completion date is June 14, 2024. No proposal may be withdrawn for a period of 90 days from the day of the bid opening.
