Renovation of a municipal facility in Marietta, Ohio. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.

Bids shall be filed in the office of the County Commissioners in sealed envelopes and be accompanied by a satisfactory bid guaranty in the form of a certified check, money order or letter of credit revocable only at the option of Washington County Commissioners in an amount equal to 10% of the bid or a bid bond in the full amount of the bid per Section 153.54 of the Revised Code. Combined Bid Guaranty and Contract bonds in the form set forth in Section 153.571 of Ohio Revised Code are also acceptable. The Washington County Commissioners reserve the right to reject any and or all bids and to waive any technicalities or informalities in the bid, which does not materially alter the contract document. The Washington County Commissioners shall award the bid to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder in accordance with ARPA award standards.
