Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Gaithersburg, Maryland. Completed plans call for site work for a parking garage; for paving for a parking garage; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
The City is seeking sealed Bid Proposals for maintenance and safety repairs to the City of Gaithersburg Olde Towne Parking Garage, located at 112 Olde Towne Avenue, Gaithersburg, Maryland 20877 ("Parking Garage"). The services include: concrete deck surface preparation and sealing, parking spaces re-striping, and painting of identified metal railings. All questions regarding this solicitation shall be submitted by email to Procurement. *The list of planholders and/or interested bidders is not being tracked by the stakeholders involved with this project. If you are an interested contractor and wish to be listed as a bidder, please notify our editorial staff at addtobidlist@constructconnect.com. The project Scope of Work shall include the below details on re-striping and resealing of the Olde Towne Parking Garage plus other additional work. The Contractor is responsible for ensuring that all work performed shall be in accordance with all applicable Federal, State, County and City of Gaithersburg codes, regulations and requirements, as well as all Federal and local environmental codes and requirements as it relates to run-off water during construction (refer to EPA, MDEPA & others). Phasing plan and noise control plans are to be provided by Contractor and approved by the City prior to the start of work.
