This Request for Quotations ("RFQ") is an invitation by Halifax Regional Municipality ("HRM") to prospective bidders to submit bids for the provision of Supply of Asphaltic Materials The resulting standing offer will be for a period of three (3) years, with the option to renew annually for an additional two (2) years based on performance. Agreement will commence upon award (anticipated to start April 1, 2022) and finish on March 31, 2025. Prices must be firm for this period. - Year 1 to run from award until March 31, 2023 - Year 2 to run from April 1, 2023 until March 31, 2024 - Year 3 to run from April 1, 2024 until March 31, 2025 Deadline for Written Questions March 7, 2022
