Site work for a mixed-use development in Palmdale, California. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

Demo existing curbing, over excavation, place storm drain and irrigation infrastructure (under field footprint only) and stub out for future POC, and final backfill and recompaction as required. Form and pour new curbing to final top of grade elevations for Track and field perimeters only. This project is anticipated to start on March 14, 2022 with a 50 Calendar Day duration. Project requires a $30,000.00 (Thirty Thousand Dollar) contingency included in base bid. A Payment Bond for contracts over $25,000 and a Performance Bond for all contracts will be required prior to commencement of work. These bonds shall be in the amounts and form called for in the Contract Documents.
