Per the owner, as of January 5, 2024, an award has been made for this solicitation. The owner states that bidding and construction is anticipated in mid to late 2025. Closed solicitation has been included below for reference. .......... The City has entered into an agreement with Caltrans to upgrade the existing railroad crossing under the California Railroad-Highway Grade Crossing Program. This project is part of the highway railroad grade crossing safety program (Section 130) funds. The Consultant shall provide engineering services for the CEQA clearance (PES), survey, design, and preparation of construction documents and technical specifications, as well as an estimated construction cost for street and traffic improvement at the intersection of Avenue P (Rancho Vista Boulevard) and Sierra Highway. This project is a multi-partner project with Caltrans (funding); CPUC, UPRR and SCRRA. Q&A Deadline 03/30/2022 2:00 PM (PDT).
