Tenders must be accompanied by a tender guarantee representing ten percent (10%) of the total price submitted, in the form of a certified check drawn on a Canadian chartered bank or a credit union made out to the City of East Angus or letter of bank guarantee or bond from an insurance company licensed as an insurer in Canada. The Town of East Angus does not undertake to accept the lowest or any of the tenders received nor to incur any obligation or expense of any kind towards the tenderer(s) and reserves the right to overrule a minor irregularity. in the case of the lowest bid.
