Renovation of a mixed-use development in Lansing, Illinois. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
The project shall consist of one lump sum base bid proposal for the following work: Contractor to provide work as indicated on the Project Drawings and herein specified. Heritage Middle School 1. Rehabilitation of one (1) pair of restrooms, one (1) unisex restroom and one (1) Janitor's Closet. Scope shall consist of concrete, masonry, porcelain tile flooring, doors, suspended acoustical tile ceilings, painting, toilet partitions and accessories, plumbing fixtures and piping, exhaust fans and HVAC duct work, lighting and electrical work. 2. Rehabilitation of four (4) science lab areas. Scope shall consist of concrete, masonry, resilient flooring, painting, science laboratory casework, plumbing fixtures and piping, gas piping and electrical work. 3. Replacement of flooring in classrooms and ancillary areas. Scope of work shall consist of resilient flooring, wall base and painting. 4. Replacement of HVAC duct work systems and lighting in the North Wing and portion of the Center Wing. Scope shall consist of suspended acoustical tile ceilings, lintels, duct work systems, lighting, fire alarm and security system work. Nathan Hale Elementary 1. Replacement of flooring in classrooms and ancillary space. Scope of work will consist of resilient flooring, carpet and wall base.
