Bradley County Parks & Recreation is seeking sealed bids for the construction of 2 standard sized pickleball courts located at the Bradley County Recreational Park 234 Urbane Rd Any questions regarding the bid or requests for information should be directed to the Bradley County Parks & Recreation (423-728-7035). The bidder must also provide liability insurance during the term of the contract and may be required to provide a performance bond. The County reserves the right to waive informalities in any bid, to reject any or all bids with or without cause, and/or accept the bid, that in its judgment will be in the best interest of Bradley County. T1. Clearing of existing sod area at least 64' x 68'. 2. Compact and re-grade court area to 1% slope. 3. Pouring and finishing a 4 inch 64' x 68' concrete pad. 4. Surfacing of pad and striping of 2 standard sized pickleball courts. 5. Installation of 2 pickleball courts nets and poles.
