Site work for a mixed-use development in Cleveland, Tennessee. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.
Attention to bidders is particularly called to the requirements as to the conditions of employment to be served and Davis Bacon Act minimum wage rates shall be paid under the contract. This project is funded by the Community Development Block Grant. The Award and Execution of Contract will be in compliance with Section 103 and 107 of the Contract Work Hours and Safety Standards Act (40 U.S.C. 327-330) as supplemented by Department of Labor regulations (29 CFR part 5). Each bidder must submit a bid security deposit not less than five percent (5%) of the bid on the form provided and subject to the conditions under section, Bid Guaranty. No Builder Risk Insurance is required. No bidder may withdraw his bid within sixty (60) days after the actual date of the opening thereof. All bidders must be licensed general contractors as required by the Contractors Licensing Act of 1976 of the General Assembly of the State of Tennessee and qualified for the type of construction being bid upon. Each bidder shall write on the outside of the envelope containing his bid (1) the contractors license number, (2) the license expiration date, and (3) that part of the classification applying to the bid. If this is not done, the bid will not be opened. All bids must be sealed and plainly marked Mosby Park Basketball Court. Bids must be submitted on the BID FORM supplied for that purpose.
