Site work and outdoor lighting for a playground / park / athletic field in Natchitoches, Louisiana. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; and for outdoor lighting for a playground / park / athletic field.

Furnish all labor, tools, equipment, etc., to include electricians that may be necessary to repair athletic field lighting systems at Turpin Stadium (Football), Brown- Stroud Field (Baseball), Fisher Tennis Complex, Football Practice Field, Women's Softball Facility, and Women's Soccer. This contract will also include the Aviation lights on top the light standards at Turpin Stadium and on top of the 140' Smoke Stack at the University Power Plant. Turpin Stadium, Stroud Field and Smoke Stack must be climbed. (Note: contractor has the option, at their expense to use a lift for Turpin stadium, Smoke Stack and Stroud Field. Northwestern will not pay the cost for a lift on these three facilities (The lift cannot go on the field). The Soccer, Softball and practice facilities must be worked from a lift. (Again, the lift cannot go on the field). Fisher Tennis Complex will require a lift with non-marking tires to access the lights in the center of the courts above the seating area. Contractor will be responsible for any damages caused to playing surfaces and or facilities. This contract will run for the date of acceptance to June 30, 2023. At the option of Northwestern State University and acceptance by the contractor, this contract may be extended for two (2) additional twelve (12) month periods at the same unit pricing, terms and conditions. Contract may not exceed thirty-six (36) months. All work must be completed in the time specified in the service schedule provided.
