The project includes the renovation of approximately 1,700 square feet of interior space within the UMass Chan Medical School Building to create a new office suite Work will include selective demolition. New work includes framing, drywall and insulation, carpet tile, acoustical tile ceilings, painting, wood doors and metal frames. HVAC work includes new VAV boxes and air distribution. New power and lighting will be distributed throughout the space. Sprinkler relocations are also included in this work.
