Rowan-Cabarrus Community College is seeking proposals from signage vendors for a campus wide signage project. The College is seeking the design and installation of new interior and exterior signage at the South Campus location at 1531 Trinity Church Rd., Concord, NC. The campus has four buildings totaling 130,000 SF, with three 42,000 SF three (3) story educational buildings and a 4,000 SF maintenance shop. The project will use the new building and room numbers developed by the College to align with the college-wide numbering system. For reference, the basis of design is APCO Graphics Arcadia Curved Face Signage System. This system is used at the Colleges North Campus location in Salisbury, NC. Project scope includes development of a design package, numbering and labeling schedule, catalog of signs for future orders, removal and disposal of all existing interior and exterior signs, repair, seal, and paint surfaces as needed to match existing finishes, and installation of new interior and exterior signs.
