**As of March 28, 2022, this project has been awarded to MCC, Inc. and the awarded amount of $1,029,689.95.** The Village of Fox Crossing acting through its Board, hereby gives notice that sealed Bids will be received in the Village Municipal Complex for the following described project. The work shall consist of pulverizing, fine grading and installing new HMA pavement on various roadways located in the Village of Fox Crossing. There is approximately 8,600 linear feet of existing asphalt pavement streets to be pulverized and fine graded and placement of 7,000 tons of new HMA pavement. There is an additional 6,800 linear feet of existing asphalt pavement streets requiring 1,900 tons of surface course HMA pavement. Additional work includes approximately 2,000 linear feet of replacement concrete curb and gutter, and 2,350 linear feet of pavement marking. Bids will be received on the following Contract: Contract No. F0057-09-22-00136-C 2022 ASPHALT STREET RESURFACING PROGRAM TIME All Bidders shall Bid in accordance with and upon the Bid Forms included in the Contract Documents. BID SECURITY No Bid shall be received unless accompanied by a Certified Check or satisfactory Bid Bond payable to the Village of Fox Crossing in an amount not less than 5% of the maximum Bid as a guarantee that, if the Bid is accepted, the Bidder will execute and file the Contract, Performance/Payment Bonds and Insurance Certification, as required by the Contract Documents, within 15-days after the Notice of Award. BID REJECTION The OWNER reserves the right to reject any and all Bids, waive any informalities in Bidding or to accept the Bid or Bids which best serves the interests of the Village of Fox Crossing. WITHDRAWAL OF BIDS No Bid shall be withdrawn for a period of 60-days after the scheduled opening without the consent of the OWNER.
