You are invited to submit a proposal to provide Huntsville Utilities with support services for painting transformers of various sizes. Overall period of support upon award is one year, extendable for two (2) additional one (1) year periods dependent upon mutual agreement of both parties, based on performance and pricing. Questions regarding this bid should be emailed to Miranda.Duke@hsvutil.org prior to March 7, 2022, by 1:00 PM CDT. Questions will be answered in Addendum format and emailed to all interested parties. Phone calls regarding this bid will not be answered, all questions must come through in email format. Huntsville Utilities will receive Bids until the date Above. Huntsville Utilities reserve the right to consider each item separately, unless otherwise indicated. Owner reserve the right to request cost breakdown information and to negotiate any price submitted by Bidders. Owner reserves the right to make award to other than the low Bidder or to award a subcontract based upon the original price proposals without negotiation, provided that the contract is awarded to the lowest, responsible, and responsive Bidder. Bidders are encouraged to provide their most favorable price when quoting. All blank spaces for Bid prices must be filled in. The Bidder may present alternative proposals and we reserve the right to consider alternative proposals. The Owner reserves the right to reject any Proposal not in compliance with the Contract Documents, or to waive any irregularities or informalities at his sole discretion.
