The Ohio Department of Natural Resources (ODNR) is modernizing the Assembly Hall located at 2045 Morse Road, Building E. The requirements below include upgrading the technology (audio/visual, telephones, network, and lighting), upgrades to the electrical system, purchase of new furniture, and sound proofing the Assembly Hall. The Ohio Department of Natural Resources (ODNR) is looking to fully upgrade the Assembly Hall located on the ODNR main campus in Building E. This project will be completed in two phases. The first phase will be the modernization of the main Assembly Hall to include technology upgrades of the audio/visual system. This will include providing, programming, and installing equipment, training the staff on the operations of the system and on-going support. Phase 2 will include upgrades to the electrical system, new furniture and sound proofing of the room. The Assembly Hall is 2,485 square feet and the non-COVID occupancy is 95. The Assembly Hall can be divided into two rooms. The smaller side measures 1,190 square feet and the larger side measures 1,295 square feet. This square footage does not include the two closets that are in the room. When the room is split, there is one closet on each side of the room. The split room does not allow for separate operations of the sound and lighting systems. The communications system provider is Cincinnati Bell Telephone Systems (CBTS) and is Voice Over Internet Protocol (VOIP) enabled. The telephone equipment is made by Cisco.
