Renovation of a municipal facility in Fremont, Ohio. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a 5,000-square-foot municipal facility.

The project involves developing plans, specifications, obtain construction cost estimates, prepare bid documents and review, construction supervision and sign off on completed work and materials used for renovations to the existing kitchen and expansion and the activity space of approximately 5,000 square feet in accordance with State and Federal guidelines and the SCBDD. Questions will not be accepted after 4:30 p.m. on March 10, 2022. Interested firms should submit: 1.understanding of the project, 2.firm and individual qualifications that includes - a. Dun and Bradstreet number, b. number of years in business, c. qualifications and experience of principals and key personnel to be on the project team, d. background and experience in this type of project, e. indicate status of the projects listed in d above (completed/ongoing), 3. geographic information that includes - a. number and location of offices, b. location of office where this project will be developed, 4. capacity to perform the work that includes - a. size and availability of staff, b. projects in progress, c. ability to complete drawings and make submission to SCBDD by September 31, 2022. Also, include a minimum of four references of this type of project within the past 5 years and documentation of firms Professional Liability Insurance Policy. It is our intent to give reasonable consideration to at least three firms and/or individuals based on their qualifications so as to have one or several alternative firms which could be asked to enter into negotiations, if negotiations with the preferred firm are not satisfactory. The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time
