The Engineer's Opinion of Probable Construction Cost is approximately $4.16 Million. The City of Garland is accepting sealed bids for the construction of Bottleneck Improvements Package 1. The project construction includes approximately 4,580 square yards of 11-inch concrete pavement, 1,272 square yards of 4-inch sidewalk pavement, six new traffic signals, barrier free ramps, modifications to storm drain, water and wastewater facilities and appurtenant items at four intersections within the City. The City anticipates the construction of this project to be completed in twelve (12) calendar months from Notice to Proceed. Report No. 131-21-182
