2083948 All work on this Contract is to be completed within 77 days after the Notice to Proceed. Removal of the Littlepage stair that has been in need of repair and out of service. This includes but is not limited to infilling the concrete railing system and patching / infilling the retaining wall and sidewalk to match existing conditions. Contractors should submit all questions no later than five (5) business days after the virtual walkthru. The original bid package is to be mailed to the campus after the electronic version is submitted. Security will be required for each bid in an amount not less than five (5) percent of the Total Bid.
