Renovation of a library in East Granby, Connecticut. Completed plans call for the renovation of a library.
To improve the air quality and operating efficiency at the library, East Granby Library Association is seeking a qualified HVAC contractor to facilitate the replacement of the current HVAC system in operation. The overall goal of the project is to install an HVAC system that will accept high-quality air filters and other devices to improve the air quality in the building. Building controls need to be upgraded to allow for more efficient operation of the system. The system needs to be responsive to year-round temperature fluctuations in the workplace. The current system is comprised of the following: 6 air handling units 6 condensers 10 reheat coils 2 pumps 1 boiler Building control systems Award of Bidder April 19, 2022 Please contact Doreen at 860-653-3002 or via the email doreenj@egpl.org with any questions related to this request for services or to schedule a walk-through of the facility after the site visit. No questions will be accepted after April 12, 2022. Respondents whose proposals are not accepted will be notified in writing.
