The City of Meriden is accepting sealed bids for: B022-17 Concrete Pads for Pavilions The City of Meriden, Board of Education seeks the services of a contractor to furnish labor and materials to construct one 44'X80' concrete pad for upcoming construction of Outdoor Pavilions at Edison Middle School, 1355 North Broad Street, Meriden, CT 06450 and four 28' X 36' Pavilions, one each at: Nathan Hale Elementary School, 277 Atkins Street Ext., Meriden, CT 06450; Thomas Hooker Elementary School, 70 Overlook Road, Meriden, CT 06450; Israel Putnam Elementary School, 133 Parker Avenue, Meriden, CT 06450; and Roger Sherman Elementary School, 64 North Pearl Street, Meriden, CT 06450. Each bid shall be accompanied by a Certified Check or Bid Bond in the amount of Ten (10%) percent of the amount bid. Labor and Material Payment Bond and a Performance bond for One Hundred Percent (100%) of the contract price, with a corporate surety approved by the City of Meriden, will be required of the lowest responsible bidder.
