The Washington State Department of Transportation (WSDOT) is seeking quotes for Hot Mix Asphalt products (HMA) Class 3/8 in. Asphalt with no recycled pavement material (RPM) added, under the authority of the Revised Code of Washington (RCW) 39.26. The term of this contract will be in Benton, Franklin and Walla Walla County Areas, April 15, 2022 until October 31, 2022. (As weather and funding allows) WSDOT estimates 250 tons of HMA product, actual quantity may be less than or greater that the estimated quantity. WSDOT reserves the right to modify dates and times. Any changes will be sent electronically as amendments to all users of Washingtons Electronic Business Solutions (WEBS) who downloaded this RFQ. Question Period Ends Tuesday, March 1st, 2022 4:00 pm Answers Provided Wednesday, March 2nd, 2022 4:00 pm Rejection All goods or materials purchased herein are subject to written approval by WSDOT. Any rejection of goods or materials resulting because of nonconformity to the terms and specifications of this order, whether held by WSDOT or returned will be at Suppliers risk and expense.
