Site work for a water / sewer project in Tacoma, Washington. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
This project will remove and replace approximately 225 linear feet of dock floats and install a new steel gangway ramp utilized for transient moorage along the Thea Foss Waterway. Estimate: $600,000 The Bid Bond must be executed by the person legally authorized to sign the bid, and must be properly signed by the representatives of the surety company unless the bid is accompanied by a certified check. If Bid Bond is furnished, the form furnished by the City must be followed; no variations from the language thereof will be accepted. The amount of the Bid Bond must be not less than 5% of the total amount bid.
