Remodeling of a restaurant in Barksdale AFB, Louisiana. Completed plans call for the remodel of a one-story above grade restaurant.

The work to be performed in connection with this project includes, but is not limited to the following: 1. The project consists of all materials and labors to convert an existing Taco Bell to a new Qboba Food concept. 2. Renovation of all front counter, serving area and kitchen areas to include new walls, finishes, ceilings, lighting, plumbing, electrical, and final equipment hookups. The existing quarry tile floor will remain. Any tile removed for trenching or new layout will be replaced to match existing. NOTE: The GC will be responsible for FINAL equipment hook up and testing of ALL equipment regardless of supplier. 3. Finishes as required by Qdoba specifications to complete said project. 4. Installation of EXCHANGE supplied equipment and signage (as indicated on the drawings) and final connections of all equipment. 5. Coordination with all Exchange vendors on installation of Exchange Supplied/Exchange Installed equipment, signage and finishes. Construction performed only during building's operational hours - 6:00 A.M. to 6:00 P.M.
