The construction estimate is $725,000. Johnson Brook Culvert and Restoration All work must be complete and accepted, and all billing submitted before June 1, 2023. In accordance with Massachusetts General Law, Chapter 30, Section 39M, the Town of southwick, MA (Town) invites interested parties to submit a Bid for the Johnson Brook Restoration project. The project includes, but is not limited to, the following tasks: Demolition of an existing concrete box culvert Construction of a new 19 x 6 open bottom concrete culvert, including headwalls and wingwalls Coffer dam and temporary stream flow bypass system Swale and step pool system Vegetated coir log system Drainage improvements Sedimentation and erosion controls, including dewatering basin Bridge Rail and Guardrails Slope stabilization Pavement and surface restoration Klaus Anderson Road culvert over Johnson Brook, approximately 300 yards west of its intersection with College Highway (Massachusetts State Route10), in the town of Southwick, Massachusetts
