Site work for a water / sewer project in Sammamish, Washington. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
** This project has been awarded to Northwest Cascade Inc. in the amount of $1,804,258. ** The project consists of the installation of approximately 1,020 linear feet of 1.6-inch ductile iron sewer force main, 40 linear feet of 12-inch ductile iron sewer force main, and 130 linear feet of 10-inch ductile iron sewer force main on East Lake Sammamish Parkway SE as shown on the Plans, and hereinafter specified. Work shall include, but not be limited to, the new 16-inch, 12-inch, and 10-inch ductile iron sewer force mains, valves, appurtenances, connections to the existing system, bypass and air/vac relief vault, vault drain, temporary sewer bypass, temporary traffic control, HMA trench patch, HMA grind and overlay, and general restoration Each bid shall be accompanied by a Bid Bond, cashier's check, certified check, or Postal Money Order made payable to the order ofthe Sammamish Plateau Water and Sewer District, amounting to five (5%) ofthe bid, as indicated in the Instructions to Bidders. The Notice to Proceed with the work will be issued within twenty eight (28) calendar days after the date the Contract is executed. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids or to waive any irregularities or informalities in any bid or in the bidding Completion- (65) calendar days
