As of August 9th, 2022 this project is pending an award decision. The project involves constructing a new synthetic turf athletic field and landscaping for Issaquah High School #4 located at 4221 228th Ave SE, Issaquah, WA 98029. Bids are being requested for Permeable Aggregate, Infilled Synthetic Turf, Field Subsurface drainage, Tennis Court Surfacing and Landscaping with irrigation. Base Bid: A.1 - Field Drainage System A.2 - Remaining Base Scope of Work Alternatives: Change the softball, baseball, shotput, and football turf fields to irrigation and grass. Project Schedule: Baseball/Softball field - April 4th thru September 6th 2023 Football Field - May 31st thru Sept 26th 2023 Tennis Court - August 23rd thru October 18th 2023 Landscape and Irrigation - refer to Exhibit D.1 - Project Schedule MWBE/SBE (WA) or MWBE (Federal) - 20% mandatory
