Question Deadline 10/05/2022 at 5:00 PM PT Questions concerning this RFQ must be submitted eletronically. Answers will be posted on the Citys website under the associated RFQ item under Current News Releases by Tuesday, October 11, 2022. Any oral communications will be considered unofficial and non-binding on the City. The City of Sammamish is soliciting submittals from qualified architectural design firms with experience in the planning, design and construction of facility improvement and remodel projects on public facilities. The selected firm will be required to perform site and building evaluation/assessment of City Hall located in Sammamish, WA. Services may include, but will not be limited to, modification to existing CAD files, architectural conceptual studies; schematic design and preparation of final design plans; cost estimates; permit and bid documents; and construction management. The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time.
