Notice is hereby given that Sammamish Plateau Water will receive electronic bids for the Interim North Lake Forcemain. The project consists of the installation of approximately 5,550 linear feet of 16-inch ductile iron sewer force main, and three combination air vacuum relief man structures on East Lake Sammamish Parkway SE and East Lake Sammamish Place SE as shown on the Plans, and hereinafter specified. Work shall include, but not be limited to, the new 16-inch, ductile iron sewer force mains, valves, appurtenances, connections to the existing system, bypass and air/vac relief vault, vault drain, temporary sewer bypass, temporary traffic control, concrete panel removal, concrete panel replacement, HMA trench patch, HMA grind and overlay, and general restoration. The Project is located within the City of Sammamish, King County, Washington. Engineer's Estimate: $5,000,000 Each bid shall be accompanied by a Bid Bond, cashier's check, certified check, or Postal Money Order made payable to the order of the Sammamish Plateau Water and Sewer District, amounting to five (5%) ofthe bid, as indicated in the Instructions to Bidders The Bidder shall review and comply with Section 00150, Bidder Responsibility Criteria. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids or to waive any irregularities or informalities in any bid or in the bidding. The apparent low bidder shall submit the Supplemental Bidder Responsibility Criteria (SBRC) documentation to the Owner within forty-eight (48) hours of the published bid submittal time. Ifrequested, the second or third apparent low bidder must, submit the SBRC to the Owner within forty-eight (48) hours of such request. All Bidders shall submit a List of Subcontractors as required, and within the time period specified, in Section 00310, List of Subcontractor. The successful bidder shall also provide the performance a nd payment bonds in the forms shown in Section 00615 within ten (10) calendar days of receiving the Notice of Award. Posting of the Notice of Awa rd by regular mail to the successful bidder by the Owner shall constitute delivery to the successful bidder for the purpose of this provision Once the Contract is executed and delivered to the Contractor, the Contractor shall proceed with submittal of all material submittals. All material submittals shall be provided to the District within thirty (30) calendar days. All materials are to be ordered within seven (7) calendar days of District approved submittals and Contractor shall submit delivery date of all materials
