Site work and new construction of a multi-residential development in Harbor Springs, Michigan. Completed plans call for the construction of a one-story above grade, 12-unit multi-residential development; and for site work for a multi-residential development.
Project consists of a multi-residential complex that includes duplex units with associated site work. PLEASE NOTE: Project will not follow LEED specifications. The design and construction of the project shall conform to, or exceed, all Tribal building standards included LTBB Building Codes. LTBB has adopted by reference the 2015 Michigan Building code and the 2021 International Energy Code. Text from original solicitation: The purpose of this proposal response is to demonstrate the qualification, competence, cost, willingness and capacity of the Design-Builders seeking to undertake the work described herein. Upon receipt of the Proposals, the Selection Committee will review the statements and select a firm based upon the selection procedure identified in section seven of this RFP.
