Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Harbor Springs, Michigan. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
Sealed bids forthe installation of +/- 800 square feet of sidewalk removal and replacement, and other related appurtenances, clean-up, services, work and materials Questions regarding this project should be addressed to Bryan Nolan or Joseph O'Neill, Benchmark Engineering, lnc., Harbor Springs, Michigan 49740, via email at benchmark6OT@qmail.com or telephone (231) 526-21 19. The successful bidder shall be required to enter into contract with the City of Harbor Springs and to provide proof of Workers Compensation and Public Liability insurances. The City of Harbor Springs reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals and to award to the bidder whose bid best serves the interest of the City. The contract completion date is Saturday, June 10, 2023. Bidders acknowledge that no contract is created until a written contract is approved by the City Council and executed by the City. The City is allowed to perform additional investigation after Council action and prior to execution of the actual contact. No proposal may be withdrawn for a period of 60 days from the day of the bid opening All proposals shall include a bid bond or bank letter of credit in the amount of 5o/o of the contract amount.
