The Little Traverse Bay Bands of Odawa Indians, a federally Recognized Indian Tribe, invites your business to submit a Bid for on-call general/emergency electrical repair and services for 2023 through 2025 for the LTBB Rural Development Rental Housing Units. Included with this letter are: 1.) Provisions governing this ITB. 2.) List of Locations to be serviced. 3.) LTBB receives funding from several sources to provide affordable housing to the LTBB Community Members. As a function of these funds, Little Traverse Bay Bands of Odawa Indians (LTBB) has over thirty rental units located within the Tribal Boundaries that the LTBB Housing Department is responsible for managing and providing upkeep and repairs. One source of that funding is from US Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) Rural Development grant for which the current addresses are listed below. Please note that these addresses could change, increase or decrease as LTBB develops additional properties and/or grant guidelines change. LTBB is soliciting on-call general/emergency services, repair and replacements for 2023 through 2025 for the Rural Development (RD) Rental Housing Units. Bids should be provided with rates for a three-year span. This is a three-year projected award (February 2023 through December 2025), however, each year is based on upon approval, available funding and signed renewal for each individual year. LTBB desires a three (3) year commitment from a Company, with understanding that each year is contingent upon yearly awarded funding.
